Access and Correspondence

The Africa Habitat Review (AHR) Journal does not operate on a subscription-based model. All published issues are freely accessible to readers.

Readers are encouraged to register on the journal website to receive email notifications and Tables of Contents for newly published issues. Registration supports readership engagement and helps the journal demonstrate its scholarly reach.

Article Processing Charges

Africa Habitat Review (AHR) charges an Article Processing Charge (APC), also referred to as a publication fee, of USD 97 per accepted manuscript. The fee is payable only after the manuscript has completed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication.

This publication fee supports editorial management, peer review coordination, copyediting, typesetting, digital production, and open-access dissemination of the article.

AHR does not charge submission fees, and payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts are assessed solely on scholarly merit and relevance to the journal’s scope.
