Abstract

The Africa Habitat Review Journal seeks to advance knowledge and promote the exchange of ideas among scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and other stakeholders in the built environment. The journal provides a platform for disseminating research, innovation, and professional practice that respond to emerging technologies, research developments, and contemporary 
challenges, with the aim of improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the sector. It encourages contributions from both academic and professional communities and supports research that informs policy dialogue and decision-making. The journal explicitly links theory and practice within Kenyan, regional, and international contexts.
